Community Partners
Partnership 4 Hope is supported by corporate and private foundations. These important partners help make possible the work that we do to help young adults aging out of foster care.
Together Inc. provides Partnership 4 Hope pantry food support for the Youth Mart.
Whispering Roots also provides Partnership 4 Hope with food support for the young adults that come to Youth Mart.
The Nebraska Diaper Bank provides Partnership 4 Hope with diapers of all sizes to support the young adult former foster youth that are now parents coming through Youth Mart.
Community Funding Support
The American Advertising Federation (AAF) supported Partnership 4 Hope from 2021-2022 with a services grant that provided rebranding, logo creation, website design services and marketing support.
HDR Inc. is a corporate funding partner of Partnership 4 Hope and has supported us in projects related to material goods of the Youth Mart and support of the young adult former foster youth.
The Omaha Community Foundation has supporting Partnership 4 Hope through administration of the DHHS Cares Act in 2020 which Partnership 4 Hope received, and the Community Resilience Fund grant in 2021.
PayPal is a recent grant funder of Partnership 4 Hope and we are thankful for their corporate support of the work of Partnership 4 Hope in 2022.
Great Western Bank, now a division of First Interstate Bank has been a multiple-year supporter of Partnership 4 Hope through their Making Communities Great grant program.
Walmart has supported the material goods of Partnership 4 Hope repeatedly in order to ensure that young adults are getting the material support provided in Youth Mart that is not donation based.

The American Advertising Federation of Omaha chose Partnership 4 Hope as a grant recipient of services for 2021-2022. We are so excited to be their nonprofit partner this year! AAF Omaha is helping with branding, messaging, and marketing strategies for Partnership 4 Hope.
The HDR Foundation recently partnered with Partnership 4 Hope in 2021 to assist with a project at the Youth Mart. We are beyond grateful for this new partnership to support YAFFY (young adult former foster youth).
The Walmart Community Grants program has assisted Youth Mart on multiple occasions with financial support toward material goods to help supply at the Youth Mart. We are thankful for their support!
